Unfortunately we cannot accept dogs around the animals as it makes them nervous either on walks or glamping.
Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the allotted time.
We will wait for 10 minutes but after that time we will have to proceed with the walk without you. Your deposit will not be returned.
Sensible clothing appropriate to the weather is required and good footwear for walking across uneven ground and fields which can be very muddy! No umbrellas please as they frighten the animals!
We do not have a cafe but we have a lovely picnic area for your use. There are portlaoo with handwashing facilities on site.
Yes, if its drizzling then the walk will proceed. However, if the weather is horrendous then we will let you know up to 30 minutes before that it is cancelled and we will reschedue or refund your deposit.If the walk is going ahead and you decide not to come then you will not receive a refund.
Arrival is 3pm and check out is 11am.
Yes there is a bbq and firepit.You need to bring wood and bbq coals. We have some bags of wood for purchase on the day.
In early and late season there will be a calor gas heater provided in each tent.
There is a parking area provided at the top of the field to prevent vehicles driving over the field.
No, additional tents / caravans are not allowed.

Yes we will give you a small bucket of feed and the animals are all around you. You can bring your own carrots / apples to feed them too.
You need to bring your OWN BEDDING including Quilts, Sheets and Pillows. Please bring torches ,bbq coals and water to drink. Each tent has: kettle, Camping stove, Picnic basket with utensils and basics, Frying pan, Lighters, Washing up bowl and liquid, Candles, Electric pack for small items/lamps.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the tents. If smoking outside please do so away from the tents and do not leave cigarette ends lying around as the animals could eat them and harm themselves.
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Whilst our animals are very well behaved - they are animals and may nip, bite or kick if they are not happy! So please be careful and respect their space. Any children using our play area must do so under their parent or guardians supervision. Surfaces can also be slippy when wet so please do be careful.
